The design of the visual identity for two editions of Film the Book—an event which connects publishing with the film industry. The result of these confrontations are film adaptations of newly published books. The scope of my work covered: the key art, the catalogue, the poster with the schedule, presentation boards. I designed these elements based on a pre-existing logotype.
The catalogue was distributed during book presentations. It promotes networking and serves as a compendium on new titles of a given year waiting to be adapted for the screen.
The book stack on the margins grows with each page, producing a still animation that comes to life when the brochure is thumbed through quickly.
The identity of the second edition differs in the main colour.
Apart from the printed materials for both editions, there were also boards projected on a screen during workshops and book presentations.
